Workout Wednesday

So I did the first workout of the Crossfit Games Open.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches @ 75 pounds
Double-unders


Power Snatch:


I completed 4 Rounds, 30 Double-unders and 3 snatches. Eh, not bad but not good either. That would place me 521 out of 878 in the Northeast region. I would love to see how I could do if I trained hard and kept my diet clean for a year. I think I would be able to at least qualify for the regionals.

looks like fun but i'm terrible at jump roping other than normal.

All the more reason to do it Chuck! The more you practice the better you will get!

haha, not yet! That is one of my goals for the spring.

you should do the stairs on your anniversary...would be appropriate.
Maybe Joey would join you for $100.
