Fat Friday - You Are What You Eat

A comparison of what I was eating (pre-organic) and what I am eating now (Mostly Organic and all Paleo!).

Look at all the ingredients in the foods I was eating! A lot of those things are regarded by many as healthy! It opens your eyes when you look a little deeper into what you are actually eating.


It takes some work when you start really looking at ingredients. I don't eat a paleo diet (I include whole grains) but i try to eat foods with the fewest ingredients. It's just supply and demand. I don't think most of the crap they sell will out-rite kill you but you deffinately feel 100% better with a clean diet.
