Workout Wednesday - Crossfit Games Open

Crossfit Games Open, Workout 3!
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
165 pound Squat clean
165 pound Jerk

5 minute workout! That's my kind of workout! I will post my results in my workout log later this week. Who wants to give it a try with me?

do you do 5 minutes of each, or switch from one to other each rep for 5 minutes?

It is a 5 minute running clock for the entire workout. You do as many Squat Clean and Jerks as you can within the 5 minutes. They split up the two exercises for scoring purposes. You get 1 point for every squat clean and 1 point for every Jerk. Click on the link for the workout demo.
