Workout Demo: Crossfit's "Santora"



This workout is brutal!  You have 1 minute to get as many repetitions as you can of each exercise.  The prescribed weights are very heavy (at least they are heavy to me!).

Scaling:
Scaling for this workout is simple.  Adjust the weights.  Most people should be able to perform these movements, even if you have to use very little weight.  If you cannot perform one of the movements, such as the squat clean, use a wooden dowel or pvc pipe and practice your technique.
