Client Log

You have probably noticed I have been slacking on daily blog posts the past couple weeks.  It is not because I have become lazy.  I have recently added a "Client Log" to the website.  I have been working on making the log look presentable (still not sure I like the dark background) and making it easy to navigate.

The log is a great way for me and my clients to track their progress.  It is a great motivational tool for some clients. Some people use it to show off to their friends and family just how much work they accomplish in the gym!

You can still get good use out of this log if you are not a client of mine.  Use the workouts posted as a guide in your training.  You will notice not every workout is the same.  There are a lot of different ways to structure a workout.  Use this log to guide you in your training.
