Workout Demo: Rowing and Pushups

Modifications:
The pushups can be done in a variety of ways.  You can do a standard pushup from the toes, making sure your chest touches the ground and elbows come to full extension.  If you cannot perform a pushup from your toes then drop to your knees.  If you want to add a harder twist to the movement, perform hand-release pushups.  Hand-release pushups take away the stretch-reflex advantage which makes the movement much harder.

Rowing:
If you don't have a rower you can perform 200m sprints for this workout.
