Website Updated!

Look around!  Everything is different!  Thanks to my lovely wife FitSyracuse.com has gotten a face lift.  I want you to use this website as a resource to improve your fitness.  Hopefully the changes we have made to the website help you accomplish your fitness goals.  If you have any questions or need help with anything please contact me.  I will give you a quick tour...

Need nutrition help?  Click on "The One Ingredient Diet" tab to get step by step instructions on how to change your dietary habits.  In the drop down menu you will find all nutrition blog posts, a grocery list, recipes, success stories and a FAQ page.
