Double-Under, Burpee Workout Demo (Video)

Here's a fun little workout I did the other day.  I got it from The Outlaw Way.  Going into it I thought the burpees would be the hard part.  They were hard, but the double-unders became very difficult.  The shoulders were shot by the end!  This workout really forces you to use good rope spin technique (all wrists!) or your shoulders will pay!



Look at that baby belly bounce when I jump rope!  I've gained 5lbs since my wife became pregnant!  Not good!

Hmmmm, between Andrea outperforming us (non-pregnant peers) and you catching her belly bump, I think we all need to kick it up a notch. If I catch a belly bump from her, I'm not working out with her anymore!
