The Calm Before the Storm

Sitting in an empty gym this morning made me think about the day ahead. "Fight gone bad" is the workout of the day at CrossFit Syracuse today. For those of you that have gone through this workout, you know how challenging this workout is. It tests you not only physically, but more importantly mentally. Many times during this workout you ask yourself "why?" Why am I still doing this? Why don't I quit? Why the hell do I do this to myself. The answer is very simple. You want to be better. You are a person who is not satisfied with being average. You want to run past the average person in life then encourage them to follow in your footsteps.

This is why I love my job. To Every person who walks through the door at CrossFit Syracuse today; thank you.

The fact that this workout is so challenging in every asspect is exactly why it is my favorite CrossFit workout!
