Memorial Day "Murph"

1 mile run

100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

At CrossFit Syracuse our athletes work their butts off every day in the gym and eat a clean diet so they can live the American dream.  They want long, energy filled, lives.  They want to come home from work and play with their kids.  They want to grow old to see their kids have kids.  They want to posses the ability to handle whatever life throws at them.

The men and women who lost their lives serving in our armed services fought so we could live the American dream.  Today is about recognizing these individuals for what they have given us.

"Murph" is about gutting through something that seems grueling and somewhat impossible.  But what we suffer through in this workout is nothing compared to the sacrifice the men and women we are remembering today gave.
