Happy Birthday Chase and Grace!

Yes, that is a paleo cake!
This past Sunday was my son's 2nd birthday.  Our CrossFit Syracuse community celebrated this occasion by doing a workout named, and designed, for him.

Chase was born on 2/1/2013... Chase was 6lbs, 13oz and 19" Long...

Today (2/4) is Grace Goldberg's, Coach Dan and The Boss Ellen's daughter, 1st birthday!  To celebrate, our CrossFit Syracuse community is doing a "more fun" version of the classic CrossFit workout "Grace".  "Grace" is 30 clean and Jerks at 135lb/95lb.  To make this workout more fun, Coach Dan added a front squat after every Jerk, and increased the load.

My wife and I, and I am sure Dan and Ellen feel the same, are very happy and proud that my kid gets to grow up with a great group of people at CrossFit Syracuse.  Words can not express what everybody in this community means to us.  Chase and Grace are going to be future studs, mostly because of the love and support this community gives.
